RaceDriver Grid - The ultimate racing game?

Does this not look like the ULTIMATE racing game - I can't wait for it to come out.
Race Driver Grid appears to have all of the realism of Gran Turismo with all the raw kick-ass destructive fun of Burnout paradise.
